Yes, you can reactivate an old QR code, whether disabled or paused. If the QR code is paused, it may have been intentionally paused or expired for payment period reasons. Here’s how you can reactivate it.
Access the QR Code Creator. Log in to the QR Code Creator account where you created the QR code.
Navigate to the Paused Section. Click on the "Paused" section in the navigation bar to display all inactive QR codes.
Select and Reactivate the QR Code. Find the QR code you want to reactivate. Toggle it to the right to activate it. A pop-up will appear on the screen. Click the "Activate" button in the pop-up to reactivate the QR code.
Renew Payment if Necessary. If the QR code has been deactivated due to an expired payment period, simply renew the payment. The expired QR code will reactivate automatically once the payment is processed.
