What are Total Scans and Unique Scans?

Updated over a month ago

In QR Code Creator, scan metrics are divided into Total Scans and Unique Scans, each offering a different perspective on QR code engagement.

  • Total Scans – Represents the total number of times your QR code has been scanned. This includes all interactions, even if the same person or device scans the QR code multiple times.

  • Unique Scans – Indicates the number of individual users or devices that have scanned your QR code at least once. Each device is counted only once, regardless of how many times it scans.

These metrics provide a clear understanding of both the overall interaction level and the unique audience reach of your QR code campaign.
