What happens if one person scans my code multiple times?

Updated over a month ago

If the same person scans your QR code multiple times, each scan is recorded separately under Total Scans in your analytics. However, under Unique Scans, that user’s repeated scans are counted only once.

If your QR code redirects to a website or another resource, each scan will still lead to the same destination. The tracking system captures every instance of scanning, helping you understand how often a user interacts with your QR code.

This data is valuable for analyzing user behavior, identifying repeat interactions, and measuring the overall performance of your QR code campaign. The analytics on the QR Code Creator dashboard display both Total Scans and Unique Scans, including any repeated scans by the same user.
