When you want to downgrade your current plan, you must pause some of the active QR Codes if their number exceeds the one offered by the plan you want to downgrade to. For example, let's say you generated 10 QR Codes during your free trial, which has now ended, and you want to subscribe to the Basic Plan. Since the Basic Plan allows users to create 3 QR codes, you must pause the other 7.

You will still have access to the paused QR codes. Simply select Paused under QR Codes in the sidebar menu of the user dashboard.
