Yes, you can cancel your subscription renewal at any time before the next billing date.
To cancel, follow these steps:
1. Click My Account at the top of the sidebar menu in your dashboard.
2. Go to the Account page.
3. Click Billing on the right side of the navigation bar.
4. Select Payment Details, then click the Manage button.
5. Choose Disable Auto-Renew from the menu.
If the renewal date has already passed and your subscription is in the payment due stage, the system automatically begins processing the renewal. In this case, your current subscription remains active, but no additional renewals will occur once the current period ends.
If you have already disabled auto-renew, your subscription will continue until the end of the paid term and will not renew again.
