1. Cancel your current subscription:
First, you’ll need to cancel your active plan to prevent it from renewing at the current level. To do this, go to your "My Account" page via the sidebar menu on the dashboard, then head to the Billing section. From there, locate the Payment Details and click on "Cancel Subscription."
2. Select your downgraded plan for the next cycle:
After canceling, you can select a new, downgraded plan once the current billing cycle ends. Navigate to the Pricing page from the "My Account" section or through the Account page. Under Billing, click on "View Plans & Pricing" to be redirected to the Pricing page, where you can choose the plan that best fits your needs.
By following these steps, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, and the downgraded plan will take effect in the next cycle.
To update your subscription plan, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to My Account from the top of the sidebar menu on your dashboard.
From there, you can:
Go directly to the Pricing page to select and update your plan, or
