Yes, you can cancel your subscription. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
Go to the Account Page – Click My Account at the top of the sidebar menu in your user dashboard.
Access Billing – Once the Account page loads, navigate to the Billing section and select Payment Details.
Manage Subscription – Under Payment Details, click the Manage button and choose Disable Auto-Renew from the menu.
Verify Your Identity– Enter your password, check the box for "I want to cancel my subscription", and click Continue with a short survey to complete the process.
Cancellation Confirmation - Once the short survey is completed, you will get confirmation of the cancellation.
