Accounts on our platform can be created using email and password, Google Sign-In, or Microsoft Sign-In. You always must log in using the same method used during sign-up.

If you registered with Google or Microsoft, you must use the Google or Microsoft login button. Password reset is not available unless a password has been set manually.

While being signed in make sure to understand that you're not trying to log in through your billing email address. If you see the error "We can't find that email. Please try again or sign up" check for typing errors or extra spaces. Also always make sure the correct email address is used.

If you registered with email and password, use the Forgot password option.
Once you sent the password recovery, if it doesn't land in the Inbox of your email check Spam and Promotions folders. If the email still don't come, wait a few minutes before requesting another reset email.

Note: If you registered with Google or Microsoft, a password is not created automatically. Password can only be set from the Account page after signing in via Google or Microsoft. If login is still not possible, verify the sign-up email address.
